One of My Mercer Island Homes- Just Completed- and Today..

it's For Sale with its double lot that could be subdivided and sold
(or held as a great investment).

It would appear that Mid-Century Modern and other home prices
have reached bottom and are starting back up (according to a
recent Case-Shiller Report.

These many years I've been doing a number of Pre-Purchase
Inspections for prospective homebuyers who want to know if
the house they're considering is first of all- suitable for their
family needs, has been well-maintained, is soundly constructed.
I also advise them as to possible Alterations and/or Additions.

If after the above Pre-Purchase Inspection, they decide to make
an offer, it should read Subject to the Approval of Jerry Gropp
Architect AIA.
