Are there many mcm houses in Richardson? Looked for about 6 months and only found one for sale there. Ended up buying in Dallas. I love Richardson though.

there are a few in my hood, Shadywood lane off Beltline and a lot sprinkled around on the neighboring streets. The only other Scholz I was aware of was for sale about 6 months ago on a great lot with a creek in the back yard. and the house was untouched. We originally were only looking in North Dallas but then found this gem and fell in love with it.

We looked at a house in Richardson when we were looking to buy. It was a great house. Japanese influence, split level on a creek lot. I really loved it but sadly it didn't meet our highest priority needs.
You're house looks great and I'm glad to see you have actual plants in your indoor planters. Seems like everyone is doing the pebble only thing these days. I much prefer them used the way they were intended. And wow your ceiling swirls are huge.

Thanks, Those planters are galvanized steel and run all the way down to the ground below. I Lined them when I redid them to keep pests out.

I'm just seeing the one photo. Were there more I'm missing out on?

Yes, there were more but I got in trouble from our photographer about publishing all the pics without his consent. I am trying to work things out right now. When I posted I did not mean to make it a link to all the photos. I am very new to this.
