I thought the Lotta Livin' community might like to see an Eichler
I photographed for the Orange Plaza Review recently.

Here's my favorite image from the shoot.

nice.

this is where we nit-pick the heck out of the house !

The sky is not photoshopped. That's what it looked like that night.

It is a beautiful beautiful shot! Your exposure is so perfect.

Those be standard chemtrail clouds, Joe. They look surreal don't they.

Thank you for the kind words, M-M. It looks the way it does because
the exterior and interior of the house is lit entirely by us. This kind
of production is usually reserved for high end projects, but I thought
it would work well here, and decided to go all out on this project because
we liked the house so much.

Joe, before Photoshop, photographers actually had skill. Perhaps that's what we are seeing.

excuse my skepticism, egads, I work in the industry and rarely see it done the old school way anymore. Sad, yes.

Photographers today do have skills. I hire one when a client's budget allows. But some of the production has shifted away from photographers, art directors and designers to the hands and eyes of the unskilled and unethical. I'll believe Martin if he says it's the real deal.

thanks for sharing.

Understandable, given the dumbing down of my industry and what now
passes for professional level work. Here's my site. All shot old
school, as you would say-some of it even done with a view camera
and film. www.martinkingphotography.com

Very nice work Martin, just goes to show why any clown that can operate a camera has no business calling themselves a photographer. I think most people are impressed with real estate listings that simply leave out the usually ubiquitous shot of the toilet with the lid up.
