The house was empty and being cleaned out, this was probably stored in their back yard or in the back of their garage. Just looking at seats its not genuine. I didn't get any closer than the distance the picture was taken, besides I had no real desire to inspect any more than that. Even still my wife thought I was being an over zealous Eames fanboi seeing that I was actually taking a picture of what she thinks is the ugliest chair known to man (the actual Eames louge chair). She felt the overpriced piece was in its rightful place, because this looks to be a cheap knockoff I agreed with her.......this time....

oh - com'on - you gotta drag the pieces out to the curb so someone can rescue the sorry thing.
even knock-offs are very comfortable and stylish.

True as I have sat in some copies that were slightly different but more comfy.

Please note if I were to have dragged that mess out my wife would have inflicted a single death blow to me... :) besides I had no desire to touch it as it was pretty bad anyway.

To be honest, since I was able to discern it wasn't the real deal I wasn't motivated to do anymore than just snap a picture of it.. :h:
