1950s silvertone Radio Phonograph

Postby Sienna » Wed Jun 27, 2012 7:28 pm

All,
Picked up this little gem a few years ago for $20 and it was stored at my parents house. I picked it up, cleaned it up, and found some replacement knobs on ebay (didn't have knobs when I got it). Looks great now if I can only get it to work! Just wondering if anyone knows of a place in So CA to have this thing fixed. Thanks!

so beautiful. Great find!!! I'll bet it sounds even better than it looks once you get it working. Are you in Orange, North, or L.A. counties?

Sienna is in Long Beach.

Fred Stone in Orange, CA from this list looks promising:

Here's a list from a local (Westminster) old radio club:

Good Luck!

Nice Resourcing. WHat a pal!
Looks like there are a bunch of people who can help on that list.
