MAC lover for life. As a design student at UCLA in the early '80s it was unfortunate that we did most of our work by hand, the first mac was issued my senior year. One of my instructors brought in her personal Mac early 1985 and we were in awe of what it could do, even then with only basic software.

I've since owned a Mac Classic, a PowerMac 6100, and currently have a G4 Powerbook and a PowerMac G5.

Love 'em!

Well... I used to be a MAC owner (Mac Classic and Power PC). At the time, the Apple technology was not keeping up with the fast pace of development and I was tired of spending wads of money on computers that became obsolete within a 1-2 years.

Then, I decided to buy a cheap PC laptop, I kinda continued with it. I guess I just got used to the constant grievance of dealing with Windows operating system. Now, I don't have a MAC, but sometimes I become tempted to go back (I own a video Ipod after all and completely LOVE it). Maybe one day it'll happen again...

I hand-built my supercharged PC for a quarter of the cost of a comparable Mac.

Considering how much DIY work is required in a MCM home, I'm surprised there aren't more DIY computer nerds out there. :D

Always been a Mac lover! I would never have anything else! My friend's husband makes fun of me when I try to tell him how much better it looks.

Shannon - Should you find yourself owning a Mac, buy a different mouse.

when my PC (whatever it is) acts up, i blame IT.
when my Mac acts up, it is forgiven.
mostly i just blame myself....
Mac 95% of the time.
PC 5%, for a program Mac hates, and boring stuff.
but i'm a computer idiot, so sexy looks helps....and idiot friendly.
