Wanting to Build an Eichler

Hi! In the 1980s, We lived in San Jose and had a gorgeous Eicher (Model 1224R). But my husband got transferred to Long Beach, California and we had to sell the house.
We are retiring and plan to leave California for Washington State. We would love to rebuild an Eichler copy. Does anyone have ANY suggestions? Know of any pre-fab homes that are similar or modular homes? thank you for you help.
