Mar Vista, CA - Gregory Ain House for Sale

Postby tmoney » Sun Jul 06, 2008 8:15 am

I recently listed my Gregory Ain house for sale. It is one of the most orginal homes in the neighborhood. It retains the original footprint, as well as all of the signature features (built-ins, sliding/folding doors, venetion blinds, etc). The home is protected under the Mills Act which provides for very low property tax basis.

Here is the link on the MLS: ... h&p=13&t=1

It will be open Sunday July 13 from 2-5 pm.

Can I ask you a personal question?
What did having Marmol Radziner do those kitchen cabinets cost?

Local real estate ads refer to the owner, who presumably joined this board to post it, as "an executive at architects Marmol Radziner."
