So I went out and talked to these folks on Saturday. Their lease is up in 10 months and they are unsure it will be renewed. They are having a big sale "just in case." Still a really bad sign.

Perhaps the signs are a negotiation tactic with their landlord. Or just a bad sales gimmick.

a similar store like this across the street from Knott's some time ago,
(now demo'd) and it's something else now?
