Photo courtesy of © Julius Shulman
One of the few Modern housing tracts built in Los Angeles. Planned in 1947 for 100 houses on a 60 acre site, 52 were actually built. The richest of architect Gregory Ain's developments, many of the houses are still in original condition today. On Beethoven, Moore, and Meier Streets in Mar Vista.
